Hey there! I'm Lauren Coats, an Airbnb expert passionate about helping hosts like you succeed. My journey began in 2016 when I designed and managed six Airbnb rentals in Hollywood, California, hosting over 4,000 travelers as a Superhost.

 

Since then, I've expanded my work as an Airbnb Brand Ambassador and consultant, guiding new hosts through business planning, market analysis, copywriting, listing creation, and much more.

Travel has been a huge part of my life—I’ve explored 33 countries, living in places like Brazil, India, Bali and Italy. My experiences abroad have taught me what travelers look for in a home away from home, and I bring that global perspective into every hosting strategy I design.

 

Through my book, Airbnb Beginner’s Guide to Hosting, and my online courses, I’ve shared insights that have empowered thousands of new hosts to succeed quickly and avoid costly mistakes.
